We are going to spend a few PHSE lessons considering the importance of sleep for our bodies. Lots of you have told me that you're struggling to sleep at the moment, which is to be expected when so much has changed, but sleep is really important for you to stay healthy and for your bodies to grow. 


Read the slide below for your instructions. You might want to think about the things that help you to sleep and include them in your picture, or the things that mean you really struggle to sleep and make sure they're definitely not in your picture!
