Now look at Chapter 6, lesson 12 and complete worksheet 12 on pages 178-179

Use the 'look, cover, write, check' method to practice these spellings.
Look at the same picture as yesterday, talk to a grown-up about what you see.
Can you make a list of adjectives to describe the mirror?
Can you choose two of your adjectives and write a sentence about what Anna is doing?
E.g. Anna touched the ____,____ mirror with her finger.
Once you’ve done that, can you think of other ways to improve your sentence?
You step through the mirror ... you're transported somewhere ...
Write a poem, of your choice (acrostic, free-verse, haiku etc) describing what you experience. You could use your senses to help you with this: sight, smell, hearing, feeling, taste.

Have a go at using the symbols above to create your own picture. You might like to make up your own symbols to use. You could create symbols to show what is important in your life.
