Handwriting:
Follow the link below to our handwriting scheme - This week I want you to practise writing all of your capital letters from A-Z
https://teachhandwriting.co.uk/capital-letters-beginners.html
Practice with your finger the letter formation. Then write the letter as many times as you can fit across a line in your book.
English:
Today I would like you to have a go at reading the instructions Miss Broadhead read yesterday, if you need some help why not look back at yesterdays video first.
Can you read the instructions in a quiet voice? Can you read them in a loud voice? Notice that every time you read the instructions it gets easier to remember. Practise reading it with a grown up too as they more you read it/listen to it the easier it is to help you write it later on.
Try acting out the instructions as a grown up reads it out- you can imagine the instructions or if you have the equipment at home you can actually make a sock puppet following the instructions.

Go onto numbots for 15 minutes.
Practice counting in 1’s to 100.
Practice counting in 10’s to 100.

Follow along reading with Miss Broadhead below and then answer the questions.
What does the word giddy mean? Can you show me how the toys got down from the shelves?
How can you tell that the toys were happy?
How can you tell that Bunting was old?
Do you think Bunting is happy like the other toys?
Topic- Science:
Look at the slides below. (Grown ups please read these slides to the children but get them to answer the questions verbally to you).
