Yesterday we read a story all about Bob and his adventures on the moon. I have been lucky enough to visit Bob’s house and inside his house I found his diary!! I took a picture of his diary entry and I thought we could learn it off by heart to help us write our own diary.

Today I am going to show you the first part of his diary entry:

Can you read this a few times with a grown up.

Then I would like you to become an actor and pretend to be Bob. Act out being excited - what does this look like?

Can you pretend to eat your breakfast?

Can you act out going to the shop and buying a newspaper and some sticky toffees.

Challenge: What words describe the toffees? Can you think of two other words to describe the toffees?
