LO: I am learning to innovate a given text - a setting.
Today is the last part of your innovation. By the end of this lesson, you will have written a whole setting description, paragraph by paragraph. This is a great way to build up ideas and something that I suggest you always do. You can see the detail that we have put into it and how we have built up the description. Below, is the imitation text taken from 'The Haunted House.'
After that, I have written my innovation, which is the ending to this description. Remember, this is not the end of the story, just the end of the setting description. We are not continuing with our story. You need to have a look at the imitation text and then try innovating it yourself. My text should provide a model to help you understand what I am looking for.
