Today we will be looking at our emotions and our well-being, understanding these are so important for our mental health.
First, create your own emotional graffiti board. Use one whole page in your home learning journal to write as many emotions as you can think of. Look at some examples of emotions below:

Now, i would like you to make sense of your feelings by creating an emotions wheel. Reflect on a time when you have felt each of the emotions listed around the wheel, such as fear, boredom, and peace. Then you can create drawings to illustrate those times.
