Maths task day 4:
Weighing. Use scales - bathroom ones or kitchen ones.
Find something heavy to weigh ad write down how heavy it is. ( draw it too)
Then find something light to weigh and write this down( draw it too).
Challenge:- Try to find something that is not as heavy or as light as the first 2 things you weighed- write this weight down and draw it too.
English phonic/ writing task:
We are split into 2 groups for our phonics work.

Use the sound cards in your pack
Find these sounds:- s a t i p n ,o c e, m l d and r b f and try to make as many words as possible
Reading:
Read your favourite book (from your book bag or one from home).
Please now draw a front cover for a seaside book. Think about what it might need to have on it . remember the class book we have already read called ‘Sharing a shell’.

Perhaps they can use sand or rice or anything in a tray or on a plate to draw about the Easter story. Or they can write 2 or 3 sentences about what they remember.
