Today and tomorrow we will write the story based on the picture that we have been using this week.
Here is a starter that you could use if you wish
Brian had often bought things from the market that had turned out to be the most outrageous, disappointing fakes.
He had presumed that the magic biscuits would have been exactly the same. How wrong he had been...
Today, we would like you to plan your story. Use this frame to help you :
What did you notice in the pictures yesterday? What do you know about the characters?
Today we will look at the next two pages.
Look closely at the pictures and list all the things you can see.
Then, can you predict, based on what you know, what you think will happen in the story and what you think the theme of the story is.
To link with our topic 'Window', over the next few weeks we will be thinking about the geography of our local area. Today can you look through these slides and then complete the activities (you might want to do some of the activities on your daily walk)
