Good morning Atlas!

This term, lots of our learning will be linked to our topic farms. What can you see in the picture below?

This website has some fantastic farm models you can make. Print out or draw the 3D models, colour them in, cut them out, stick them together and have fun playing with them!

Books to read:

Farmer Duck By Martin Waddell

Where do farm animals live and sleep?

  • Find and print and  out   or draw a picture of some farm animals.
  • Put them in the correct place in the farm.
  • Who will be in a sty?
  • Who will be in  a field?

Let’s create…

Do you have any playdough? If so – why don’t you try and make a farm animal? remember to add the right number of legs and eyes!

If you don’t have any playdough – you could always paint / make a junk model of your favourite farm animal instead!

I spy farm animals… how many of each type of farm animals  can you count in the book ‘Farmer Duck’? Make a tally and write the total number down.
