Friday 8th May 2020

Good Morning Callisto Class -

Today is a bank holiday to commemorate VE day - so our home learning page looks a little different.  There are no learning tasks for you to complete today so enjoy the sunshine and spend some time having fun with your family.

For those of you who are looking for something to do today I have added some links to activities you may like to try.  Remember to take photos of the things you do over this long weekend - it is always fun seeing what you have been up to.

Maybe you and your family could join in with the following national events:

  • two minute silence, Friday 8 May at 11am.
    Join in on your doorstep.
  • Nation’s Toast to the Heroes of World War II, Friday 8 May at 3pm.
Raise a glass with the words ‘To those who gave so much, we thank you’.

Home Learning will be back on Monday - so take care and stay safe everyone but most importantly have fun!
