Walt:

I can follow a story

This is the story of Thumbelina which you can match the puppets to:

She was rescued by a beetle and met the beetle's friends:

She went on many adventures and was sometimes sad when she was alone

and sometimes happy when she made friends.

One day she found a bird (a swallow) that was freezing. She stayed by its side and nursed it through winter

She nearly ended up married to a mole

but the bird came and rescued her and flew her away to where she met the prince of the faires, married and lived happily.

Project

Create a cereal box theatre to place the puppets in and create a puppet show of Thumbelina.
