Today we would like you to have a go at these maths questions - they are based on all the learning that we have done so far.  Ask a grown up to help you read the questions.  Have fun!

  • Today we are going to practise our handwriting again! Let’s start by warming up our fingers…can you touch each fingertip using your thumb tip? Work your way along your fingers and back again. Next let’s scrunch our fingers into a fist and then stretch them open wide.  Repeat this five times.

  • Today we would like you to practise forming all the letters that are in the diagonal family …see below.  Fill a line with each letter and try really hard to make them all the same size and sit on the line! Have fun!

  • This link should take you to our handwriting scheme where you can see how to form the letters correctly.  This week we are looking at the diagonal family.

Daily Challenge

  • Watch this story - 'The Rainbow Fish'.  How do you think the Rainbow fish was feeling once he decided to share his scales?
  • Today's challenge is to find something to do at home that you can share and have fun with a family member - this might be playing your favourite game, painting a picture, playing outside or sharing your favourite toys together.
  • Have fun together and enjoy the sunny weather!
