Welcome to our Year 6 Learning Zone!

Welcome to Oberon Class. We are a class of 27 Year 6 pupils. The teaching team in Oak Class consists of our class teacher Miss Betteridge as well as Mrs Roast and Mrs Parton our experienced and talented Learning Support Assistants (LSA's).

Year 6 is a very important year and there will be many challenges and exciting learning opportunities ahead.

This term our topic is 'Is anything ever black or white?' You can find more information about this in our topic letter at the bottom of the page.

Mathletics Mathletics is an interactive site which allows you to practice a whole host of maths skills. Throughout year 6 we will working hard to learn, consolidate, extend and apply our mental maths skills, so that we are able to recall facts quickly, confidently and efficiently. The Mathletics site allows children to practice these skills through games and gives them the opportunity to compete against themselves and others in order to earn points and certificates. Go on give it a try you may enjoy it!
