Welcome to Hydra Resource Base!

 

I am thrilled to be your child's new class teacher and would like to welcome Mrs Taylor, Mrs Grieve and Mrs Sims to our class. We have had a fantastic start to term one and all our children and staff, new and old, are looking forward to an exciting  year ahead. Please read our first news letter, termly overview and yearly overview to inform you of all the wonderful learning opportunities that your child be experiencing this year.

This term we have been learning the story of Zog. Last week we receievd a letter from Madam Dragon, asking Hydra Class to help find one of her dragons who is missing from school. Enclosed in the letter were instructions on how to send a dragon home and directions back to Madam Dragon's school. Hydra Class were only too pleased to help.

We are very excited about our trip to Sevington Victorian School on the 29th March. Please find the letter below

Wow! What an amazing day we all had at Sevington Victorian School. The children thoroughly enjoyed learning about the jobs that Victorian children did, participating in Victorian lessons and even learning about the punishment that Victorian children received (no punishments were implemented!).
