Welcome back, it's term 6!
We hope you've had a lovely restful half term because there is lots of fun learning ahead; look below for the newsletter and planning for this term!
Our learning in term 6 is: "What's left?"
Keep looking at our page to see our learning developing over the term!
Have a look at our pictures below of our trip to the Roman Baths!
We had so much fun!
Here are some pictures of our visit to the V&A in London:
Children are expected to read every day, for at least 10 minutes; this will be accompanied by a comprehension question. This will enable the children to develop their reading as well as their comprehension skills. In Ganymede class we have high expectations for presentation, this is expected to continue in their homework and reading journals.
Rewards are given to those children demonstrating this!
The children's spelling homework links with the spellings they will have been learning at school. They will need to recall the spelling rules for that week to be successful in learning new words.
Every Friday, the children will be set several pieces of Mathletics homework which will complement the learning they have done during the week. If the children cannot access Mathletics at home, they can use our Computer Room during lunchtime.
